- 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned (Large Flake Oats)
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 3 oz Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Combine all above ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. I like to add mashed banana, strawberries, coco powder, peanut butter, and other things for added flavor and sweetness. This recipe lets you be really creative! It’s great to whip up a few different flavors to have over the week.
