Good morning peeps! I hope everyone enjoyed the rest of Monday and woke up on a good note this Tuesday morning.
Does anyone else find themselves always assuming the worst when a potential problem arises? I am trying to turn my outlook around and calm down and think that everything also has a potential to turn out okay. Basically I need to stop panicking when an issue arises.
This morning started out with a 10k treadmill run, where I caught up on the election results. Calgary has re-elected Nenshi for mayor for another 4 years.
Yesterday I ended up getting in a quick workout at lunch. I always find myself rushing and cutting short lunchtime workouts… but something is always better than nothing right??
I am really looking forward to my first WIAW post. I have been trying to keep up with taking photos of my food consumption to share tomorrow. What will be interesting tomorrow is seeing what was for dinner tonight…. right now I am feeling very uninspired. Any suggestions?
Also I wanted to share my chocolate chip cookie recipe with you. Keep an eye out this evening for it! This is the BEST one I have ever used for straight forward no frills chocolate chip cookies. I have been making these since I was 7 (so over 20 years…. I’m not that old am I?)
