Okay time for my first real post and and idea for everyone of what this blog will be like.
So today was my second real workout first thing in the morning. Left the house at 6:10 am leaving the fiance to sleep :S and was at the gym by about 6:25. It’s just about a km from our apartment and on my way to work so I have been running down in the mornings (does this count as a warm up?!?!?!). Today’s work out was great! Started it off with a 20 min stair master followed by great circuit work out!
Boy was that a good one. Instead of having the stair master at intervals I just did it all at the beginning. To break up the deadlifts and the Bicep Curls I added in 60 sec of skipping rope after each set of Dead lifts.
After a lovely shower and a little prep it was off to work were I enjoyed a lovely new favorite breakfast of overnight oats! These things are the best! I basically have a batch in the fridge for every day of the week. Todays had banana, strawberries and blueberries with a little peanut butter and a splash of almond milk mmmm!
For lunch it was a lovely salmon salad wrap, some veggies on the side with a baked granola square YAY food! I was also lucky enough to come home to my fiance (John) cooking up chicken burgers for dinner. Off for a walk now. Until tomorrow!
